COACHES PLACEMENT
ALL HEAD COACHES MUST HAVE FORMS FILLED OUT FOR HIMSELF AND HIS 2 ASSISTANTS BEFORE DRAFT NIGHT. NO COACHES MAY SIGN UP ON DRAFT NIGHT. RETURNING HEAD COACH DEADLINE IS FEB13TH.
1. Anyone returning as a head coach or an assistant inheriting a team must have their coaches form turned in by Feb13th . If you don’t comply then you lose your seniority in the coaches status.
2. A team will automatically go to it’s returning head coach.
3. If the head coach moves up or cannot coach , the team goes to his first assistant coach from last year.
4. If his first assistant moves up, the team goes to the second assistant.
5. Next in line will be a head coach who is moving up from last year.
6. In the case where there is more than one coach from last year vyin for one open team, the names of these coaches will be placed in a hat and drawn.
7. If there are extra teams with coaching positions to fill , the next in line after number 4 will be someone who coached at the club before but not the previous year: head coaches, then assistants.
8. Nobody can head coach 2 teams unless requested by the Boys & Girls Club of Ouachita County.
